PawDose is a veterinary medication guidance platform that helps pet owners manage their pets' medications step by step. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of pawdose.polsia.app and any associated services.

2. Your Account

To use PawDose's full features, you need to create an account. By doing so, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself and your pets
• Keep your login credentials confidential — don't share your password
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

3. What PawDose Is (and Isn't)

Our guides and reminders are designed to help you carry out medication instructions your vet has already given — not to diagnose, prescribe, or replace veterinary care.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use PawDose only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the platform to harm, defraud, or deceive others
• Upload or share false, misleading, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape our platform or content
• Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to extract content or data
• Resell, sublicense, or commercialize access to PawDose without written permission
• Interfere with the security or integrity of our service

5. Intellectual Property

All content on PawDose — including text, guides, images, logos, code, and design — is owned by PawDose or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission. See our Copyright Notice for full details.

You retain ownership of any personal data you enter (like your pet's name and medication notes). By using PawDose, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data to provide the service.

6. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. We collect only what we need to run the service and we don't sell your data. Pet and medication information you enter is used solely to provide reminders and guidance to you.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep PawDose running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally:

• Take the service down for maintenance
• Update features in ways that change how the product works
• Discontinue features with reasonable notice

We are not liable for any harm caused by service interruptions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

PawDose is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best, but we don't warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate. Use of PawDose is at your own discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawDose and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including any issues resulting from following medication guidance (which is always supplementary to, never a replacement for, your vet's direct advice).

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of PawDose after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction where PawDose operates.
